A Study on the Improvement of Long-Term Care Insurance : an AHP Approach

Abstract
The purpose of the research is looking for improvement factors of Long-Term Care Insurance and deriving the priority of improvement through the AHP. First, they have an open survey and interview with academic professionals and directors of nursing home. Also, they request that the National Health Insurance Corporation measure improvement factors, and extract main analysis of level and plans. Secondly, they draw the improvement factors of Long-Term Care Insurance through AHP surveys. Finally, the analysis showed the priority of improvement factors of Long-Term Care Insurance from three different agents; 1) the public servant recognized unfair claims as the priority of improvement factors of Long-Term Care Insurance, 2) the academic professionals considered improvement of nursing services, and 3) the directors regarded higher participation rates among the eligible. The result of this research will help the successful settlement of the Long-Term Care Insurance system by prioritizing the improvement factors and provide the political implication of the system to be continuing development with political choice and concentration.
